TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accepting services rendered by SOS International Consulting Services, customers of SOS agree to the following:

SOS does not hold any responsibility or liability for any injuries occurring during any course of our services rendered for our customers.

SOS does not hold any responsibility or liability for any injuries occurring during any course of our services rendered by our outsource providers for our customers.

SOS will not hold any responsibility or liability in the course of any services made for our "Emergency" requests.  We will do our best to help our clients but we cannot be held responsible for the outcomes.

SOS fees do not include charges of outside vendor services or merchandise purchased to complete the request, unless specified. (e.g. cost of mobile phone, cost of government fees, and cost of tickets.)

SOS requires an advance payment for requests requiring over 500RMB cash.

Transportation costs are included in all fees for requests occurring within the “Shanghai Inner-Ring Highway” only. (Receipts will be provided for chargeable transportation costs.)

Fees may fluctuate according to unforeseen changes such as governmental costs and changes in our supplier pricings. (We will communicate any changes as soon as the information becomes available to us.)

We do not conduct services that are illegal under PRC law. We also do not engage in any activity that humiliates or harms anyone.

Sorry, but we do not make refunds on purchased SOS Points.  However, if there has been a service we have provided that has been unsatisfactory, we will review the situation.

SOS points expire one year from the purchase date.

You may cancel within the hour of your initial request with no charge.  However, anytime afterwards, you will have to pay for a pro-rated amount depending on how much of the job has been completed. (This is not applicable to courier jobs)

SOS is not liable for damaged items during the course of our services, however we inform all of our staff about such dangers and will spend the utmost attention to these details.

SOS reserves the right not to provide services to anyone.

SOS reserves the right at any time to vary, modify, delete any of the "Terms and Conditions" contained herein or add new "Terms and Conditions" to this Agreement wihtout written notice to the customer.

However, SOS reserves the right to make all final decisions in all matters.
