SOS covers a large area of services and we'd like to explain them. We categorize our personal services into two categories.
I. On-the-Phone Requests 100RMB/ unlimited per week
Have a simple request by phone or translation? Want to research a topic but can't understand the information on Chinese Websites? We’ll help you find those answers. If our agents cannot immediately answer you, they will call you back within 30 minutes with your request.
Here are some example requests:
Help me find a restaurant and make a reservation for me.
Give me a wake-up call at this time.
Find the best fake market for purses and give me the address?
Help me speak to this cab driver and translate for me.
Book a taxi for me.
II. Get-it-Done Requests see Menu
Need to get something done but don't have the time or just don’t know how to get it done? Our customer agents will get-it-done efficiently and make sure it's done right. Our in-depth local knowledge and extensive database of experienced, professional service providers will put you at ease so you don’t have to worry.
Please see our Get-it-Done menu for examples of what we can do. If you have a request that’s not on our list, just speak to our customer agent. The agent will take your request down and call you back within the hour with a quotation and completion details.
Payment
We kindly ask for your payment method during your account registration. We strongly suggest our clients to purchase SOS Points which can be used to make payments. You can also leave SOS Points in your account for future use.
SOS Points can be purchased at 100RMB blocks. 100RMB=100 SOS Points
We offer discounts for purchases of 1000RMB and more–see our Individual Packages
For your convenience, there are a number of ways for you to make payments.
