SOS was created by a group of professionals with diverse backgrounds, ranging from Overseas-born Chinese to Shanghainese. Early on, we understood that foreigners needed personal services that we’re easy to find and simple to use. SOS is committed in a common goal of providing quality service to those unfamiliar with China, at an accessible price. 

Our services are not new to Shanghai, but groundbreaking in respect to the clients who are now utilizing these services.  We want to break the model of personalized concierges and assistance services, which are available only to a select few at a luxury price.
